My husband Mike loves to cook. Well, he loves to cook certain things. Things like meatballs, lasagna, homemade pizza. I know, I’m blessed!
Anyway, in our house, he’s the grill master and this is his recipe for the perfect burger. You can get all fancy with toppings and stuff and that’s up to you. For me, less is sometimes more especially if you can get a your hands on organic or grass fed ground beef. Happy grilling!
Grill about 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
Add whatever toppings you like. We kept it simple with lettuce, tomato, onion and provolone cheese. Grill baby, grill!
