Gazpacho, Spain’s famous chilled tomato based soup, is basically summer in a bowl or salad in a blender. It sounds fancy to say it but it’s uber-easy to make! There’s the classic red version of Gazpacho, tomato based, and the classic White Gazpacho, usually made with cucumber, almonds and grapes but I’ve changed it and kicked it up a notch and I’m using an ingredient that will surprise you!

Strawberry Jam–The French Way
Ruby red and sweet, perfect jewels of strawberry goodness bursting with the deep flavor of spring. Three ingredients plus two days equals the perfect spread for your morning toast or afternoon tea and scones! I love Strawberry Jam and honestly, it’s quite simple to make. Just three ingredients to strawberry perfection. Technically, because the strawberries are whole and not mashed it’s a preserve. But, no matter what you call it, it’s delicious!
Why Jesus is Better Than Cake
I want to have my cake and eat it too. I DON’T want to share it with ANYONE. I want it all to myself because I’m selfish. It’s my worst quality and the one area where I still have much work to do. One of many areas.
